You approve a written scope. Then you pay. Work starts after both steps.

You confirm that you hold authority for the domain. If the journey runs on a third-party platform, you confirm that the platform permits the test.
What we will not do

We take no consequential action outside the approved scope. We submit no form, we use no account, we make no payment, we hold no booking, and we file no claim outside it.
Your results
Your results stay private
We keep your records private. We publish nothing about a named site without your written permission.

Examples on this site are internal fixture evidence

Price and renewal
Price and renewal
The pilot costs $199. Optional monitoring costs $199 per site each month. You can stop the monitoring by email and it ends at the end of the paid month.
Refund condition
Refund condition
If the control journey fails and we cannot produce a valid record, we repeat the work or we return the payment.
This is the only refund condition. It is not a satisfaction promise, an outcome promise, or a promise about your sales. The written engagement terms state the same condition.

We identify the legal seller, the jurisdiction, the invoice details, and the applicable tax treatment in the written engagement terms and on the invoice, before you pay.
