The scope

The price covers one website and one declared journey. The journey is a booking, a quote, a checkout, or a claim.

  • Baseline attempts with two named agent families.
  • One dated evidence record.
  • One month of weekly monitoring on the same journey.
  • Up to two retests after you fix an issue.

You pay before the test starts. We send the record by email.

The deliverables

  • Evidence recordOne dated document with each checkpoint, the stop point, and the observation that decided it.
  • Fix ownerThe team that holds the change: content, front end, platform, or policy.
  • Self-checkThe steps that let your team repeat the stop in less than one minute.
  • Weekly updatesFour dated runs across one month, with the change since the last run.
  • Retest recordsUp to two more dated records after you fix an issue.

What the pilot excludes

These items are outside the $199 scope. Ask us if you need one of them.

  • A second website or a second journey.
  • A security test, a penetration test, or a load test.
  • Any fix work on your site or your content.
  • A public report, a score, a badge, or a certificate.
  • A comparison of your site with a named competitor.
  • Any consequential action outside the written scope, such as a payment, a held booking, or a filed claim.

The authorization step

We ask for written approval before any consequential action. You state the limits.

    • The journey that we can test.
    • The steps that we must not take.
    • Any test account and its limits.

  • We confirm

    • We stop at the boundary that you set.
    • We do not enter data in a form outside the scope.
    • We do not make a payment, hold a booking, or file a claim.
    • We keep your results private.

How you buy the pilot

There is no checkout page on this site. We agree the scope by email first.

  3. You approve and payYou approve the scope in writing, you confirm your authority for the domain, and you pay $199.
  4. Testing startsWe run the baseline attempts and send you the first dated record.
  5. Monitoring runs for one monthWe repeat the journey each week and report the change since the last run.

Optional monthly renewal

$199per site each month

After the pilot month, you can continue the monitoring for $199 per site each month. The renewal keeps the same journey, the same checkpoints, and the same weekly record.

The renewal is optional. Tell us by email to stop it. The monitoring then ends at the end of the paid month.
