Can I stop the monitoring?
Yes. Tell us by email. The monitoring stops at the end of the paid month. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
What does a multi-site program cost?
We scope it after a pilot, because the price depends on the number of sites and journeys. We publish no starting price for it, because we have no evidence for one yet.
How do I pay?
We send payment instructions with the written scope. This website holds no checkout, no form, and no payment page.
Do you charge for a retest?
No. The pilot includes up to two retests after you make a fix. We agree more retests in writing if you need them.
Is there a refund?
If the control journey fails and we cannot produce a valid record, we repeat the work or we return the payment. The terms page states this.
